Are you looking for accomodation in a fully modernised/refurbished home? Ideally I would prefer someone who is interested in a long term let.

The room itself is much larger than the standard double room. It contains a double bed, a bespoke fitted wardrobe with six large drawers underneath, a lounge chair and small table. There is plenty of space to add your own things and make it feel homely or indeed if you did not require the current furnishings, that would not be a problem either.

There is also a small garage ideal for housing a small car, motorbike or bike. (My current car is too big at present but I previously had a Nissan and that was fine)There is also off road parking opposite on the layby which is usually available.

We have a large conservatory which overlooks our new private, peaceful Japananese garden complete with teahouse and patio area-lovely to put your feet up in the summer!!!We also have a stream and a couple of waterfalls.

All bills, including council tax are included in the rent. Facilities include wi- fi internet, Sky, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

You would be sharing the house with myself (professional working mum) and my two sons, aged 18 & 16, and a small dog(a Lhasa Apso) who is very well behaved and very friendly.

We are a very easy going household, calm and peaceful. In fact, a previous lodger said how much he had enjoyed living with us and only moved out after being with us for 14 months due to him relocating with his work.

Local ameneties include newsagents, Londis, post office plus ample fast food places from pizza to chinese. We also have several pubs. Tesco Express is also just a 5 min walk away.

We have an excellent bus route into both town and Sheffield. The tram line into Sheffield is only a 15 min drive away so again very convenient and there is now a bus route to the nearest tram station. (Halfway)

If you have an interest in walking, the canal can be reached within 10 mins and there are also plenty of other countryside walks within the vicinity and also easy access into the Peak District.
