Living room

Well located homely and clean house with off road parking. Ideally would suit a professional person who appreciates a nice quiet home with all the usual facilities. Female housemate preferred as I have a young daughter who spends time with me.

My house is in easy reach of Derby University, General Hospital, Rolls Royce and Toyota with the ring road, A52, A38 and A50 all nearby.

The bedroom is nice, clean and quiet and has a tv aerial point and broadband via both wifi and plug in. In the room there is a king sized storage bed, chest of drawers with bedside cabinet and a double wardrobe. There is also an additional storage cupboard just outside this room. The room has a shower within, and a toilet and cloakroom just outside the room. All the bills are included in the price and the house has wifi throughout.

Within the house there is a good sized kitchen which includes tv/dvd, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, chest freezer, tumble dryer and a dining set. The living room has the expected facilities which include a living room suite, tv/dvd etc.

The house has off road parking for three cars without blocking each other in, so a designated parking space is also included. The garden includes a patio/ patio set and storage shed. The room is available from Sunday evening to Friday evening which is the arrangement that I've had with the long term housemate that is moving back home.

I work long hours which often includes some weekend and evening work so any house sharer would have the house to themselves for much of the week. I don't mind whether the new house sharer prefers to pay weekly or by calendar month.

The house overlooks countryside with a few lovely pubs/ restuarants within walking distance. There are also country lanes close by that are ideal for walking, running and cycling.
