The room is a medium sized double bedroom available, with built in wardrobe, overhead storage space, double bed, chest of drawers, shelves. Double plug and aerial socket. Plenty of room for a desk and bedside table (not supplied) with minor furniture re-arrangement.

The house is spacious with a good sized kitchen, dining room and lounge. Large bathroom with new suite. Large garden, south facing so very nice to relax in during summertime. On road parking, but as this is one of the last terraced houses on the street, there is always plenty of space to park, and no permit required.

A bit about myself, my name is Steve and I have been in Derby for 7 years, worked in Engineering/Project Management for Bombardier and now for Interfleet. I am a very easy going person and easy to get along with.

I have professional cleaners come in regularly to clean the entire house This means that only things like dishes, clothes washing and generally keeping the place tidy are left to do. This service will include your room if you would like and is fully included in your rent :)

- 30mb internet.
- No landline phone, we only ever use our mobiles.
- 15 minute walk to Friar gate (main area for nightlife). 20 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre.
- 15 minute walk to city hosptial. 10 minute drive to Bombardier and Rolls Royce.
