Hi there

I am looking for a professional individual, preferably of similar age to share my modern three bedroom townhouse. I would like to share with friendly easy going people who are tidy, respectful and like to socialise.

The house is of a very high standard. All rooms fully furnished. Comprises of a 3 story modern townhouse with off street parking, garden, garage, 3 bedrooms, One main bathroom with separate shower, cloakroom and utility room. Lounge is of a high standard including a bar and a large tv,
Each room will have a brand new memory foam mattress.

The overall price is £345 with £50 per month bills. This includes all bills inc gas, electrics, water, broadband, council tax and tv license

If you feel you have a similarly friendly, tidy outgoing personality, please get in touch; I would love someone who will contribute to the house and broaden my social circle.
