Double Room with ensuite in modern detached home

Living and Dining area

The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location close to City Centre. Shared use of living/dining room and kitchen facilities. Double bedroom has own en-suite. There is a large patio, garden and decking area with ample seating area. Driveway parking is also available. All bills, except food, are included, as is cleaning of shared areas.

I do not have a particular age preference, but am looking for professionals only please. Initially looking for 3-6 months but this may be extended. Mon-Fri and/or couples lets will also be considered.

I am outgoing, enjoy socialising, music and going to the gym. I am usually busy out and about and also enjoy meeting new people. I would like any lodgers who share with me to feel comfortable and at home.
