The property is located in the peaceful residential area of Chaddesden/Spondon, close to good transport links to the A52, M1 junction 25, close to the main bus route. It is also conveniently located to a nearby park, Morrisons and take-away shops in Nottingham Road.

The house is double glazed and has gas combi-boiler central heating.

You have your own private toilet and shower room which is separated from the double bedroom as the room is on the 1st floor of the house.

Spacious living room with TV, nice garden at the back of the house, dining room and kitchen and patio. There's also an on-street parking and quiet neighbourhood.

Rent includes local council tax, water rates, electricity, gas and broadband internet facility.

We live in the house, we are both professionals and working long hours.

We welcome single person for £80 per week/ £345 a month. We also welcome short term stay minimum of 1 month - contact me for details. Couples are welcome on a short term let basis for £100 per week or £400 a month.

There are NO FEES to pay! (for referencing/tenancy etc.)

No deposit, and rent to be paid weekly or monthly in advance.
