Hi City Centre Renter!

Hi!

I'm looking for a friendly, reliable, reasonably tidy, easy going person to rent out a double room in my lovely little terrace. The room as quite light and roomy, and has a bed which pulls to a double with drawers, Computer table, small bedside drawer set and wardrobe rail. (Anything can be put into storage if you have your own furniture).

I have a small garden (currently going through reconstruction plans), perfect for summer bbq's, and in the dining room, just for fun, a pool table which can be covered up for entertaining friends with Dinner.

The street itself is, despite its location close to the town centre in the New Zealand area of Derby, very quiet and there's ample free street parking if required.

I'm a fairly sociable person. I do dj in my spare time, but have no decks at the moment, so no need to worry about noise or parties! My partner lives in Nottingham too, so I'm between both towns.

I'm an otherwise quiet easy going person with an open mind.
