£90pw, Double room, Everything you need nearby!

Hi

My name is Marcus and I have a room available in the house we are renting from now until Summer 2016 if you are still interested in finding one.

There are 5 rooms which are all double rooms with double beds; the kitchen, bathroom and garden are all very spacious. The house is on 27 Longford Street, which is a 2 minute walk from Derby Uni. We're also nearby to places like Sainsbury's for shopping, the Jonty Farmer Pub for a drink and have easy access to the town centre.

The rent will be £79 per week meaning £316 per month. This will have to be paid quarterly, meaning only four payments will be made in the year. Bills are not included in this and so we are signed up to the Glide service, which will split bills evenly between all tenants. For gas, water, electricity, broadband internet and the telephone line it will be approx. £11 per week. This brings the total bill up to £90pw or £360pm on average. The moving in date is still to be determined but we are assured it will be in the beginning of September.

There are currently four of us that have signed the contract for the house and paid the first instalment of rent. We are all law students at the University of Derby. We're a great group of guys, I'd say, we're all really easy-going and inclusive. Whether you want to go out, stay in and do something or just be left to your own thing we can definitely make you feel welcome and comfortable.
