New detached house, just off uttoxeter new road

The property is located in a relatively new (10yr old) quiet, housing estate of all detached houses just off Uttoxeter new road. The Royal Derby Hospital is a 10min walk and the city centre a 25min walk away and there is also easy access to the A52 and A38. Local amenities can be found at the kingsway retail park (includes sainsburys, boots, M&S , Currys) which is a 10min walk away. Just on the main Uttoxeter road 200 yards away is a Pizza Hut, Bargain Booze and Balti International (indian restaurant). For a house with just 3 people it has 2 sitting rooms which is great if somebody has had a bad day and needs their own space :)
