Double room in terraced house

ALL BILLS INCLUSIVE + BROADBAND!!

The house is double glazed throughout and heated all year round by gas central heating, there is a shared bathroom with shower and bath for your use and storage is available throughout the home (so you wont have to trip up over things in your room). The kitchen is fully equip with washer, dryer, microwave and kitchen equipment. There is broadband at the property and Virgin TV for anyone who would like to record TV this is great.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, large set of drawers and a dressing table. To the rear of the property there is a small but perfectly formed garden. I also have an allotment which I would be happy to share with any green fingered individual.

I am looking for a relaxed but responsible, trustworthy individual to share with, someone who can hold a conversation :) Someone who doesn't mind cats would be a bonus as I have 2 fur babies.

This rental doesn't come with a cleaner so will require someone who can clean up after themselves and will be happy to share the housework.
