Young professional looking for a new flatmate

First floor two bed flat with driveway for two cars, garden area, large living room and ample kitchen for two. The double room available has a built in wardrobe, shelves and a newly added blackout blind. PHOTO TO BE UPLOADED SHORTLY.

The flat is situated on Kedleston Road, approximately 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There are nearby shops, pubs and two parks (Darely Park and Markeaton Park).

My current flatmate and I have enjoyed living close to the city centre over the past 2 years while also having space to park both our cars off the road. There is also a shed in the garden area, useful for storing bikes.

The landlord is very friendly and is always happy to answer any queries we may have. For example we had loft insulation added last year.

Only the vacant room will be left unfurnished, the rest of the flat will be as in the photos.

I am a sociable graduate engineer who's been working in Derby for 2 years. I'm looking for a suitable replacement for my current flatmate, do you think you can help?
