Room in end terrace 3 bed house (former grocers)

We're looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom end terrace house just off Friar Gate, just behind the Greyhound Pub. The house has complete kitchen with electric stove and microwave + fridge freezer. There is a shared living room, downstairs bedroom, downstairs toilet, 2 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom featuring standing shower only. 1st floor also has a spare room that can be used for storage (has in past been a shared storage/ art + crafts studio.)

Rent is £200 per month.
Internet around £10 each.
Council Tax £33 each.
Electricity and Gas around £25 per month.
Water around £11 per month.

We are both working professionals and sometimes work late/early shifts, though most of the time work 9-5pm or thereabouts. We keep consoles and streaming services in the living room with television. There is a shared parking area out the back of the house and on street permit parking available.

House is not suitable for those with specific access needs.
