Comfortable Double Bedroom Near City Centre

We want to rent out the back room as our two sons have now left home, leaving us with plenty of space in our 4 bedroom house.

Littleover is fairly close to the city centre, which is walkable directly down Burton Road in 25 mins. We have plenty of buses that stop near the house as well as local amenities. A taxi to the city centre would only cost £5. We are aalso close to the Royal Derby Hospital (15 minutes), Rolls Royce (40 minutes walk but 10 on a bicycle) and about the same from Bombardier, although a bus can be used for most of this!

Room: All bills except telephone are included in the price. You are welcome to join us for meals or use the kitchen when needed. The room has a double bed, wardrobe w/ large drawer, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table and space to put another desk if needed.

House: We have Virgin cable TV, wireless broadband internet, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher available to use. Upstairs bathroom completely refurbished last year.

Please note payment is in advance on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Cash/cheques/standing orders are accepted. We require 2 weeks deposit of £120 when you move in and proof that you are working. References please (including previous landlord if available).
