Private, Large En-Suite Room - All Inclusive

We have a furnished en-suite room available in Duffield which is a great place to live; there are local parks, shops, pubs, restaurants and a tennis / squash club. The room to let takes up the whole of the second floor so is very large and private.

The house is on three floors and comprises a kitchen / dining room on the ground floor, three bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge on the first floor and master en-suite bedroom on the second floor. We have a garden and off road parking for approximately 4 small vehicles.

We are looking for a professional or sensible student to join us. I own the house and currently live there with my girlfriend and two house mates (one house mate is expecting to move back to London by August).

The rent quoted is inclusive of all bills, including broadband. Over the last 5 years our past house mates have been a scientist, student, banker and policeman!

Note we do have a very well behaved dog, cat and 4 chickens. These pets will not bother you on the top floor and chickens are contained within a run in the garden (mostly) - free eggs available!
