Large converted attic room, with private staircase, in refurbished Victorian terraced three bedroom house.

The room is currently furnished with wardrobe, two chests of drawers, double bed/mattress, table & two chairs and a sofa-bed. You would also have the use of the communal living room and open plan kitchen/dining room (including pool table!)and shared bathroom.

There are all the usual facilities: microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, wifi, TV, power shower, indoor plumbing and lovely neighbours.
If you enjoy gardening, then you'd be welcome to help out, in return for a share of the seasonal veg!

Although it's a smoke free house, you are welcome to smoke outside - umbrella and ashtrays are provided!

Please be aware that there is also a resident kitteh, and stroking privileges may be granted subsequent to separate negotiations between yourself and the Ninjapaws.

The house is well placed for public transport connections. We're less that 15 minutes walk from Dinting train station, with regular trains into Manchester Picadilly only talking half an hour. We're also on main bus route to Stalybridge, Ashton etc. If you drive, we are only 10 mins from motorway to Stockport, Manchester and Sheffield.

We'd expect you to be house trained and to do your bit to keep the house generally clean and tidy. You'll need to provide references and deposit up front as the cat is fussy about these things!
