About Me:
I am a young, 47 year old, mature student studying a HND in Art and Design at the local college.
What's On Offer:
I have a light and airy, furnished bedroom to rent in a quiet location, close to main bus routes. The train station is a 25/30 minutes walk from here, town is 30/35 and the Royal Hospital is about 35 mins walk too.
You would have access to the Bathroom (with bath and shower), living room, kitchen/dining room and the usual facilities such as cooker, washer, freezer etc. You would also have your own fridge in the kitchen.
In Addition:
I have a large garden, which you would be welcome to use and I have broadband.
About You:
I am looking for a female who is happy with their own company, preferably a student and someone who isn't obsessive about cleaning!
