Double room available to rent. Wi-Fi, Sky TV (ability to record, pause etc, with large selection of channels). The room also has a large chest of drawers, TV, large wardrobe, double bed (which can be swapped for a single bed & chair if required), nicely decorated.

Two shared lounges, large shared bathroom & kitchen, good sized rear garden. We have broadband, Wi-Fi, Sky HD & Sky+ boxes in the lounges and will have a Sky box installed in your room if required. Kitchen contains dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer in garage.

Would suit a professional person that works away from home and is friendly, well mannered, like’s cats, easy going, house trained! and of a quiet nature. i. e. not wanting to have parties, lots of people over all the time.

We are friendly and easy going couple, reasonably normal! We have friends and family over occasionally, but we generally enjoy relaxing in our spare time.

Smokers are welcome, but only in the back garden.
