Lovely, large double room in Heanor

I have available to let a large furnished double downstairs room in my characterful (built 1830) and spacious home in Heanor. It is available immediately. The room is quiet and very generously proportioned, warm and comfortable, with the main window overlooking the garden, and a second window onto the other side of the house.

The whole downstairs is recently decorated and carpeted and you have full access to these areas. There are two shared bath/shower rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), a big kitchen, living room, plus a larder so loads of space. It also has a garden and a drive area with on street parking too. There is space in the garage if you needed to store a pushbike.

I have one extremely friendly but well behaved, clean, quiet and non-smelly dog, so animal friendly is a must!

It's a quiet residential area, with beautiful rural walking down the road, and also about 5 mins walking distance to a 24hr Tesco and centre of Heanor. There is a bus stop about 2 minutes walk away, with great links to Notts and Derby.

Both myself and the other flatmates are full time employed (I only live at the house when I work nights and frequently live elsewhere, with my partner, when I am not at work) laid back, quiet and tidy. We would prefer someone similar.

Both Mon to Fri and all week lets are welcome. Monthly rent includes all bills (we have unlimited super fast broadband), and also includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas.
