Two story extension

Garden

The whole extension is being rented as one consisting of lounge, fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bath / shower.

The lounge has a through door into the dining room of the main house. The only item shared is the washing machine.
The extension is completely private with its own access through a separate back door to the back garden.
There is a front garden and large rear garden.
Parking in very quiet small cul-d-sac or the drive (which would be shared).
All bills are included except there is no land line telephone. Broadband wifi is available.
There are family pets in the main house / garden.
I have two young adult boys in the main house and an adult daughter some weekends / holidays.

Short term at £200 a week if still available.
