Rooms: in a quiet area of Derby week nights only

I have a single room to let for 4 nights per week (Mon night to Fri morning); -in a 4 bed house (two double rooms and two single rooms) in Mickleover - the doubles have en-suites and a shared bathroom between the two single rooms.

I have one single room available at the moment; shareing a bathroom @ £65. 00 per 4 nights per week inclusive and a double room with en-suite shower @ £75. 00 per week which is taken, all inclusive

My house is quality accommodation in an Executive Detached 4 bedroomed Property. Your room comes ready to move into. No Bills rent inclusive;(nothing else to pay - no council tax and no gas, electricity or rates) .

off road Parking. with access to fast roads -- A50 A38 M1.

It is just a 5 minute walk from the Derby Royal Hospital and accessible to Derby ring road, inner ring road, easy access to the Pride Park, Burton upon Trent, Uttoxeter, for JCB, RR, Balfour Beatty, and Bombardier.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road into Derby city centre running every 8 minutes in the day.

- The house stands on a quiet residential cul de sac.

I provide bed linen and towels which are changed regularly..

There is a set of drawers, side table and wardrobe, (builtin in single rooms) in each room
One single room has a double bed and one has a single bed, at this moment the single is available.

All bedrooms have locks so you are able to lock your belongings away during your stay.

I respect your privacy but I am around if you need me.

I do not do food but you have access to my kitchen and there is a kitchen cupboard specifically for you to store dry food and a shared fridge to store perishables; and you are welcome to cook in my kitchen using the kitchen facilities to prepare and cook food.

There are several takeaways and restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook your own food

There is a parade of shops with a chip shop, a Post Office and a Tesco in Mickleover as well as a Co-op in Littleover with various take ways all these are within easy reach.

I am a live -in- landlady; which means that I make the house comfortable for lodgers as well as for myself. You are free to come and go as you please but I am around if you want a chat and a cup of tea,

My home is warm easy going clean and comfortable.

I cater mainly for people who are working in this area and cannot commute daily from their homes and families. Sorry, I cannot cater for shift workers.

At the moment I have one single room to let (previous occupants moving on due to job relocation)

I ask for two references: One your work/professional and one personal.
