Double bedroom with en suite in Mickleover!

I have large double room with en suite available in Mickleover from June as my current housemate is moving out. £272pm. Room will be unfurnished, however there is a futon available as a temporary measure if you need that.

The place is tidy, cosy and well insulated, with plenty of room. There is storage if you need it!

I have all amenities such as TV and internet. There is one parking space that I'm happy to share. Parking on the road is always easy. There is an Aldi and Tesco nearby.

I would ideally like someone who is reliable, tidy and respectful. I'm quite sociable and enjoy others company, so would be great to watch the odd film, do some cooking or have a drink or two, but I really don't mind if you want to go about your own business either!

I currently work as a mental health nurse, and do strange hours, including nights, so I often sleep in the day. But as long as you're not making tons of noise I'll probably sleep through!
