About the property :
Whilst in a quiet village location we are just off the A6 with easy access to Derby city centre (15 minutes) and the A38 and M1. Off street parking, but if you don't have a car, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. If you like the outdoors, open countryside 2 minutes away.

About me:
Professional, 50 something woman, working full time, in and out during the day, but out from 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. Had no problems at all with my three previous occupants as I'm a chilled, flexible person. I share my house with an adorable little dog (who does not smell or shed hair and will not bother you one bit).
I'm very easy going, sociable, tidy (but not obsessive about it) and practical.
