I have a double room to let in a shared house available in one months time.

I am an easy going, friendly professional female with interests in art, music and film and would like to share with someone who is likeminded.

The room is spacious and there is use of communal living areas

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who is prepared to help maintain the garden in the summer months.

Rent is inclusive of bills, with exception of itemised phone calls.

References will be required with one months security deposit and rent in advance.
