I have two double bedrooms available both furnished. I am looking for proffessional people. There is off road parking, it is 6 miles from Derby and two miles from Castle Donnington. The house is completely shared ie kitchen, bathroom ,lounge and dining room. It is in a quiet area although there are a few pubs, restaurants and marina nearby. I am easy going and the house is neat and tidy as are the gardens.
