Rooms upstairs available the house is in slight disrepair although you can decorate and furnish your room. We can provide most of your furniture.
This is not a modern tenancy with everything tip-top it is a house that requires practical consideration and a willingness to contribute towards it's maintenance.
Our ideal tenant would be creative, business or charity minded with a broad spiritual outlook and maybe a church goer. People who enjoy the outdoors ;), travel and adventure who enjoy a nights camping would like this place...
The current tenants are a mixed bag, I myself am an artist with mental health experience. An interest in all things and a keen adventurer - primarily walking whilst my buddy who lives below me aspires to be a DJ in the music industry whilst currently seeking a job that suits him.
Both of us are very ambitious and somebody similar would be perfect, your entrepreneurs and the industrial.
You will no doubt meet our landlord as well, and I am sure if he see's fit there will be other opportunities down the line.
All in all this place to me is my spiritual home. I intend to move to another of my landlords properties down the line, but who knows what tomorrow will bring?
