The house is central to Staveley, near the bus station and local shops including a Morrison's. Chesterfield railway station is about 20 minutes drive away allowing for traffic.
The house is also very local to beautiful countryside and the canal which has recently been updated with a new basin so pleasant walks are available. I do not have any pets and I am not a smoker.
