Double room to rent in modern apartment. This room has patio door leading out to the private garden. The apartment is set within a security gated complex with off road parking.
I'm ideally looking for a person that also works full time, I don't want know lazy ass that doesn't want to do anything. A cleaner visits once a month to do the dusting change the sheets etc but this doesnt give anyone the right to be messy. Household work will be shared between us both. Also someone to have a glass of wine with etc would also be good!
