Available immediately. I'm looking for someone tidy and respectful to share a large, unusual conversion property in the centre of Wirksworth. The house is very spacious, stylish and well-appointed. Lots of rooms so plenty of personal space. Very modern kitchen with all appliances, lots of storage, pool room, dining room, further guest bedroom and more.

I work hard as a university lecturer, and spend lots of weekends away climbing/cycling. I also work away for extended periods. I enjoy a pint or two in the local pub, but I'm certainly not a party animal! I enjoy cooking, watching films, lighting the fire and reading. I have a friendly cat called Martha and ideally need a housemate who would not mind doing some pet-sitting in return for having the house to yourself.

Rent includes council tax and broadband. Gas, elec, water and any phonecalls are extra.
