Professional housemates that are friendly and sociable, with a range of interests and very welcoming.

I have a lovely Cocker spaniel that lives here with me, she is very well behaved and is not allowed into people's rooms or left unattended.
Tidy and well equipped house with a good size communal lounge with large TV, DVD player, custom music system and woodburner, there is also central heating the woodburner is just a nice extra!

The kitchen and bathroom are well laid out, clean and hygienic, Nice garden to the rear of the property great for sitting out in the sun, with table and chairs and the all important BBQ!

This is a great location being 5 minutes walk to the Quay or St Thomas and close to the train stations and the A30/M5.
House is on a quiet road as there is no through traffic and has a lot of character.
