There is a large bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs and it is surrounded by garden, own woodland and fields (21 acres). Ideal for a laid back person who likes gardening and animals. There is 1 quiet dog in the house and since this is a farmhouse, please do not set your standards too high :)
Both rooms are available either furnished or unfurnished.
The village pub is about 10 min walking distance, there is a small shop, post office and a village hall, which offers activities and clubs.
There is no bus service, so you do require your own transport.
