Very large (14.5'x14') double room

I'm looking for someone to come and share my home with me. This room is a really spacious double bedroom. I spend a lot of time away so for the most part you will have sole use of the family bathroom. If I'm around you'll only have to share it with me. The property benefits from two bathrooms.

The accommodation is part of a grade-II listed Georgian property. It's a split level apartment located in the area of Pilton. This very large double bedroom is fully furnished.

There is a communal kitchen, lounge (which I do sleep in when I'm home!), dining room, conservatory and a separate utility room and toilet on the ground floor.

It is located in the sought-after area of Pilton, just 5 minutes walk from town. It backs on to Pilton House Park and is only a 5-10 min walk from the hospital. I have Wi-fi, which is included in the rent and free for you to use.

A bit about me... I'm pretty laid back. Not a massive partier. Prefer pubs to clubs, and like evenings in. I'm a teacher and during term time I work pretty hard and am out quite a lot in the evenings and at weekends. I'm a musician and like to make noise fairly frequently (at appropriate times of course!). I have a piano, but also play the sax. I like things to be tidy, but not overly so, and when I'm busy I will leave that washing up until later or possibly even the weekend! I'm a respectful housemate who appreciates peoples privacy but also likes to chat and hang out.
