2 rooms available in a 3 Storey Town House

I have two rooms becoming vacant at the beginning of October. Both rooms have been redecorated. They also include all room furnishings ie bed wardrobe, chest of draws, and bed side table. One is a good sized double. The other does have a double bed in but would probably be classed as a single. The room will include free permit parking if required, broadband/sky TV and all bills are included. The house has a spacious open plan shared dining area/living room and kitchen. All housemates are friendly, social and easygoing.
