The house is a modern 5 bedroom family house with the living accommodation arranged over 3 floors. We have no dogs or cats. There is 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The room is a furnished large double bedroom (5mx3m80cm) with a king sized bed, double and single chest of drawers, dressing table with wall mounted mirror, canvas wardrobe and a bedroom chair all nestled in the roof eaves. As well as front facing window there is a velux window. Wood burner in main lounge as well.
I also have another room on the top floor landing which has two single beds. The other furniture in this room consists of a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The view from the window in this room is the best in the house, a panoramic view looking over countryside. Discounts may be available for students. Also there is a outside smoking area
