Hi, I have a room to rent in my lovely Victorian terraced house in Bideford. There are 2 tenants her already (both working, 27 and 29) and as I am moving out I am looking for a third housemate for the property.
The house is on 3 floors and has lovely views across the estuary and Bideford town. It has a lovely sun trap garden. The bathroom is large and very attractive and the house has been recently redecorated. It is a warm, pleasant place to live.
