Shared bathroom/dining room/kitchen with shelving available to use in bathroom, and a space provided for storage in the kitchen if required.
The house is located within a 2min flat walk to Bideford town centre or the close-by Morisson's superstore. There are also pleasing walks to be had on the near-by nature reserve.
Due to the layout of the house and the landlord's requirements, the living room will not be shared/communal.

I am looking to rent this room to a female in full-time employment, who is quiet, clean, tidy, mature, and will treat my home with respect.
No pets, DSS, smokers, drug users/alcoholics please!

All utilities bills are included in the monthly rent. Broadband/wifi connection included. Landlord is a female who is at home most of the time, quiet and friendly.
Any prospective renter must be dog-friendly as the landlord will be dog-sitting from time-to-time.

Some options are available at extra cost (such as renting the garage for car parking/storage, and so on)
