I have a double room to let in my home which is a recently converted barn located between Newton Abbot and Teignmouth. There is good access to both the A380 and the A38 so travel to both Exeter and Plymouth is easy.
Both the kitchen and bathroom(including a seperate shower) are modern and there is a very large shared living room. The bedrooms can be furnished or part furnished to suit.
I am looking a sharer who value peace and quiet, and would enjoy country living, while still being close enough to town for all the modern essentials.
