Single bedroom, located on the farm where 1/3rd has been sectioned off for myself and a tenant. I currently live in this 3rd with a golden retriever and cat. Pet are considered, ask and I can discuss it. You'll need to be an outdoor person as there is plenty of mud about. Due to the room being single bed, I am happy for the tenant to use the lounge more. With 160 acres surrounding there is plenty of space. All bills included, except half of electricity.
