Currently small amount of furnishings in the room but this can be added to or taken away as required. The room is downstairs within our house, with a door off the sitting room into the garden for access.

We offer spacious rooms in our family home. The three rooms for rent offers a room to relax, study or work and complete privacy with an en suite bathroom. Over the years we have had many lodgers, two of whom have returned to stay with us for a second time. We are looking for a lodger who is happy living in a rural village but we are only 10 minutes from Exeter and close to the Exeter University Campus.

We are only 10 mins away in a rural village from Exeter but there is no public transport so your own transport is essential although there are people who cycle out of the village on a daily basis. The village is very pretty with the river Exe running through it, Crediton is 15 minutes away.

The kitchen and usual white good facilities are shared with the family. Also all use of our kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery etc is available for you to use.

We have a big double garage should you need to keep any bikes. kayaks etc in there.

Meals can be provided at an extra cost on an as and when basis.

The rooms are large enough for a couple, the rent would have to be adjusted accordingly to cover an extra person.
We are happy to accept lodgers on a weekly only basis ie reducing the rent if you are working locally and need to return home at weekends etc. I can provide a reciept for companies.
