Environmentally friendly, clean, tidy and respectful employed individuals/couple. Rent is negotiable dependent on individual/couple. Preferably until early September, possibly later. Owner/landlord generally living abroad, occasionally returns to UK and house for brief periods due to work commitments. Landlord out of country from April thro to September. Low maintenance garden.
