Double room in lovely location - Mon-Fri available

About the property: The property is quite rural, but with just a short distance to the A30 it is far from inaccessible! It is a detached bungalow with lovely views, 2 reception rooms and 3 bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with electric shower, as well as additional wc. Wifi is included, fully equipped kitchen and utility with dishwasher and washer drier. There are two horses living outside as well as a working farm just next door.
About me and my situation: I am a 34 year old female professional. I work full time, I also care for two horses so I am pretty busy. I am well trained in terms of being quiet when a hard working person is trying to sleep. The property would suit someone who needs a weekday place to stay, but is perhaps sick of hotels and B&Bs and is looking for a quiet home away from home. The room is available Mon - Fri (4 nights) only, more than happy to consider someone who wants less nights but not more. We are approx 20 mins from Exeter, 15 from Okehampton, 15 from Crediton, the views and beauty of the location would I am sure make up for the distance for the right person..

The price is inclusive of bills etc and based on four nights, if you only need a few nights per week I am happy to reduce, as long as once agreed the money is regular. My boyfriend is here at weekends and we like to have the place to ourselves, so apologies in advance if you are looking for a full time home - but as you can see the price is commensurate with the nights available..
