Lovely Double Room avail until mid December 2015

We have a lovely front double room for rent (not en suite though). It is in the village of Chudleigh Knighton, and there is parking on street in a small close. There is one Public house in the village, serving food. One shop and one beautician, and part time Post Office.
Public Transport to Newton Abbot and Exeter, hourly. Restricted service on a Sunday.
Friendly people, and willing to help settle in anyone needing to stay.

)We are a Married Couple. easy going!
Whilst it is a double room it would suit more easily a single person.... If you wanted to have a friend/partner stay over now and again that would be fine, but we would not want a "permanent" arrangement for partners to stay
Nice Bathroom (with shower)2nd cloakroom downstairs & A Huge Kitchen Diner.
TV in Room. Bedding Etc provided. Freezer Shelf and 2 shelves of a fridge, and a larder cupboard.
Utilities of £5.00per week + Rent of £80.00
Tenant to keep room clean & tidy. Own laundry of bed linen. Spares supplied.
washing machine but no tumble dryer. TV in Room

Non Smoker Preferred. However Smoking Outside OK.

AVAILABLE AS A MON-FRI ROOM @ £70. 00pw (inclusive of utilities)

There are functions held in the village hall, including keep fit, occasional bingo etc, Tai Chi, Yoga.
We may be able to extend into 2017, but would not be able to have a lodger for the 2 weeks over Christmas, due to family visiting. Please ask about this
