Quiet Family Home Ideal Short Term/Hols/Business

We have a 4 bedroom semi-detached house. We have one double and one single room available that is either single or twin occupancy. There is a bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, lounge, open plan kitchen, dining and sun room. The property is 1930's and is surrounded by countryside.
We have a lovely room avaialble and you may have full use of the shared rooms in the house. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, desk and chair, lamp, alarm clock, mirror and radiator. The house is quite big so you can have your own space or join in with the family, its up to you! Whether you want to stay for one night or 2 weeks we are flexible! This house would suit a mature professional, NOT a student house!
We are a family with a 9 year old son and a small dog, both are house trained! You may choose from self catering, half or full board, we enjoy being together as a family and welcome the opportunity to meet new people.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with only 10 houses and great neighbours!
There is a restaurant/pub within walking distance but no shops, however we are on a very good bus route which is at the end of the road which will take you into the city centre from early in the morning until late at night.
We hope you like the sound of our home and experience the quiet surroundings of the countryside. We are just off junction 29 of the M5, walking distance to Sowton industrial estate and close to Exeter airport so have good ease of access.
