Strategically situated within 2 minutes drive of M5/A30, 5 mins from Met Office, Sowton and Exeter Business Park. 15 mins from central Exeter. Local Bus (52) passes end of road, and park & ride (a 10 min speedy trip) to city centre is 5 minutes from here. .

We are 6 miles from the beach at Exmouth. Gyms with swimming pool within 5 mins. Local village shop and 3 farm shops very close by, and huge 24hr Tesco just up the road.

Our small friendly terrier also lives here (she is very affectionate and enjoys local walks if you are missing your dog). Room available now.
