Cove cottage

Lovely grade 2 listed cottage in a very picturesque village, with a well known thatch pub and small stream.
Double room offered with bills included- provided fair usage. The house is heated by log burner, and logs will need to be paid for separately.
Following bad experiences with previous tenants the use of electric heaters would be subject to the tenant paying the excess electric bill.
I have a very friendly labradoodle, so a pet friendly person is a must! Pets welcome provided they are well behaved.
The room currently has a double bed, wardrobe, calor gas burner, curtains and mirror though theses items could be removed if preferred.
I am away 3-4 days a week so the tennant would have the house to themselves during this time
