Wanted, someone to share a modern, roomy 3 bed bungalow with large outdoor space and storage, out in the country, 3 miles from Holsworthy. Currently have one male lodger aged 27. Will have own double bedroom and a full bathroom adjacent fully furnished with a shower available. Must be clean, tidy, have a good sense of humour, honest, reliable and trustworthy. More importantly to me is someone I can get on with and will look after the place as I am away some nights due to my work. I'm in the process of a divorce but have the bungalow as settlement.
