I've just purchased a beautiful home in cowley bridge, perfectly placed within easy walking distance of Exeter St David's and city centre. The property has beautiful views and is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with it's own off street parking. It's a large cottage property and when I get the keys in October, I plan on decorating it top to bottom. The successful applicant can choose the decor for their double bedroom to really make it feel like their home. The living area will be decorated to a high standard and offer beauty and comfort in a minimalist style. About me: I'm a busy professional and my business takes me far and wide , so finding the correct habitant of my home is essential as you will have the house to yourself often. I'm extremely laid back and friendly and very sociable. This is an exciting move for me and for the successful candidate it's a great opportunity because this is a larger property which could command a higher rental, which is cheaper as it will be a work in progress which on completion will be fantastic.
