In ensuite: walk-in shower, basin and WC, towel rail. Shared use of kitchen (well and fully equipped: fridge/freezer, table/chairs, dishwasher etc), sitting room and deck area. Parking available and also plentiful on-road parking. Near bus-stop for frequent buses to Exeter and North Devon. Train station and new Tesco in town plus Morrisons. Sports Centre and Sports Clubs in town. Ideal for post-grad or professional. Minimum stay of 3 months and longer by arrangement.
