Double room available in Dawlish

I currently have one double room available from the 3rd of April 2015 in a quiet and friendly house located in Dawlish for a minimum of 6 months. The house is about a 6-10 minute walk to the train, bus, and the beach. It is a 2 minute walk or less to shops.

There are various places to park on the street close to the house but no specific parking space as such.

There is also free fast WIFI broadband available.

The double room is £350 per month ALL BILLS INCLUDED - NO EXTRA CHARGES.

The house has central heating and free broadband provided. The kitchen is fully fitted. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available. There are 2 bathrooms with 1 shower and 1 bath. There is a toilet and basin in both bathrooms as well.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There is no communal area besides the kitchen which has a table and a number of chairs.

The house has good facilities and is kept clean and has respectful housemates. There is a friendly atmosphere and issues can always be discussed as everyone here is relaxed, considerate and reasonable. There are however some agreed upon things that we all follow as they are not unreasonable and work:

- Reduce noise levels between midnight to 9am.
- Leave the kitchen and bathrooms in a reasonably clean and tidy state as you should find them in.
- All housemates clean the communal areas once a month together.
