We are 10 minutes walk from the train station (right next to the sea!) which is on the London and Exeter/Plymouth line. 10 minutes walk to bus stop and local shops with a large Sainsbury's.

We are looking for a professional house mate who is clean and tidy and reliable. Must have a sense of humour and tolerate curious cats!
