We have a double room available in our home to rent. We can accept rent weekly if preferred.
The room is fully furnished.
The room is NOT ensuite, but there is a shared fully refurbished new bathroom.
We are a couple, looking for a quiet professional lodger. Communal areas are the bathroom and kitchen.
We have two very friendly dogs, so an animal lover is essential.
I am a smoker but do NOT smoke indoors and this would be the same for anyone renting the room. Smokers welcome but strictly outside.
There is plenty of street parking, and the option for some storage space in the loft is available if required.
The room can be viewed from now...but the bathroom isn't finished yet! But you are welcome to get in touch to come and meet us!
